Buy or Rent your Shipping Container?

When it comes to obtaining a shipping container, you generally have two options – buying or renting.  Naturally, one of the most important considerations is cost.  If you just need a container for a few months, renting is the most economical.  However, if you rent for more than a year, than buying may be less expensive. When you rent, you pay for both the delivery and pick-up of the shipping container. If you buy, you pay only the delivery fee. 

At Q3 Shipping Containers, we have a couple of additional options:  

• Rent-to-Own, where 50% of the previously paid rent will be applied toward the payoff should you decide to purchase the container at any point.

• Additionally, we offer to “buy-back” the container if a customer wants to sell later. The price is discounted and depends on the condition of the container.
